Ukiyo creates signature sushi and his brand refers you to the Japanese art movement known as “the floating world”; a place where you can escape and enjoy the gastronomic experience.

For the creation of this brand and its materials, a clear reference is made to this “ukiyo-e” movement, making use of the patterns of the artistic style and also making an updated reinterpretation.
